Campaign merch has a formula: a name in a friendly serif, a patriotic swoosh, a slogan about hope or greatness or tomorrow. Giant Meteor followed the formula to the letter and changed one thing: the promise.
The Classic Giant Meteor tee is the understated one. Giant Meteor in white campaign lettering, with a small meteor where the dot on the i should be, a red-and-blue swoosh underneath, and the evergreen slogan in quiet small caps: Just End It Already!
From across the room it passes for a normal campaign shirt, which is the point. People lean in to read it. Then they nod.
